Trust yourself. – Growth opportunities may feel scary and uncomfortable but remember that you were born with everything you need to meet challenges. Your yoga practice bolsters your remembrance of your innate good and capacity. Whenever you feel the spectre of self-doubt, take a moment to connect deeply inside as you would at the beginning and end of your yoga practice. Feel your body, your breath and your connection to the greater universe. And then move forward, secure in the sense of your worthiness and wisdom. Even if a mistake eventuates, trust that you will learn what you need to from it for the greater good.
