Yoga has so much more to offer than physical exercise. It’s sister science, Ayurveda, has much to say about the foundations of health that are possible when we fall more into rhythm with nature’s wisdom.

When my own health was suffering and when nothing else was moving me forward in ways that felt natural, sustainable, simple and achievable, I went back to the Ayurvedic wisdom I’d studied over many years. And everything started to improve.

I studied more deeply and have learned simple ways of helping others find a foundation for their wellbeing.

One-to-one

Join me for a customised six session series to meet you where you are, to make the most relevant tweaks for you and to take you further down the road to where you’re wanting to go. This can be done in person in Wellington or Kapiti or via Skype for more convenience.

Group Experiences

Evolving your habits in a group can yield exponential results.
