Private Yoga Sessions

Private Yoga Sessions  are the most powerful way to work with me. For me, the value of yoga is that it can be adapted to suit anyone of any size, shape, age, level of health, background and interest. I love getting to know students well and co-creating their yoga experience with them so that their time spent in practice is truly useful, nourishing and valuable.

My specialty areas include yoga therapy for injury and illnesses and introducing beginners to yoga, offering you a toolkit that you can take into any yoga class with confidence.

Yoga Workshops

Yoga Workshops are a great way to go a little deeper, ask more questions and learn with the support of a group setting. More cost-effective than a private session but more dedicated than a drop-in class.

I love help folks with niggles or pain to get onto their yoga mats and use the practice as a means of working with the discomfort. Yoga is an amazing therapeutic tool when it is used with discernment and respect for your particular body.

Take a longer journey with a Yoga Course, dedicated to a particular topic from Beginners, to rehabilitation, to breast cancer.
