What’s the point of living till you’re 100 if you feel bad most days when you’re in your 30’s, 40’s, 50’s or 60s?

We’re living longer these days but dying more slowly because our lifestyle is reducing our “healthspan” (the length of time we’re happy, healthy and productive in the ways in which we find satisfaction).

Be honest with yourself. Are you:

  • busy, tired, overwhelmed or stuck?

When does the program start?  The next course is TBA.

What is it? It’s a group-based lifestyle support programme rooted in the time-tested wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda and the rhythms of nature. We will work on small, sustainable habit changes focused on a different theme each week. You will be supported by me, a small group of peers and fantastic course materials designed to guide you into a new level of ease in your life. The alchemy of wisdom and support can help you to create lasting changes that would otherwise seem like they’re in the “too hard basket”.

When are the in-person workshops?  TBA

When are the Group Calls?  Sunday afternoons from 3-4pm

What if I have to miss a call or two? No problem. It’s bound to happen – don’t let that stop you. The calls will be recorded so you can listen later. You’ll have the One-to-One sessions, the Facebook group, and your accountability partner to serve as back-up.

How do you know you can get these results? The program is rooted in the time-tested wisdom Yoga and Ayurveda, the rhythms of nature and the habits of the sages. Plus, I’ve helped many people just like you in my past decade plus in the healing arts, and that’s without the group support piece, which behavioral science research tells us is one of the key factors in whether not new habits will stick. And because I’ve used it myself.
